PT EGI Resources strengthened its international expansion with the soft opening of HADITH Hotel at the Imam Al-Bukhari Complex in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, on Saturday, 5 September 2026. The hotel is a strategic step for EGI Resources to extend Indonesia’s business presence in global markets, particularly in Central Asia, which holds substantial potential in tourism, hospitality, and religious travel.
The soft opening was attended by prominent figures from Indonesia and Uzbekistan, including Indonesia’s Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Mochamad Irfan Yusuf; the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Uzbekistan, Prof. Dr. Siti Ruhaini Dzuhayatin; and the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Kazakhstan, M.
